Regulatory Status
Quantum VA FZE is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and holds a non-operational licence issued by Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTC).
VARA authorisation has not yet been granted. Any services described on this website are provided subject to and conditional upon receipt of all required regulatory approvals.

General Risk Warning

Non-Custodial Operating Model
Quantum VA FZE operates on a non-custodial basis. Client virtual assets and fiat funds are not held, controlled, or safeguarded by Quantum VA FZE.
All transactions are executed on a pass-through basis, with settlement occurring directly to client-controlled wallets or accounts. Clients remain solely responsible for the security, management, and control of their wallets, private keys, and credentials.
Loss of private keys, unauthorised access, or errors in transaction details may result in irreversible loss of assets.
